Georganne Moline: Fitness Hacks From An Olympian

Georganne Moline specializes in the 400 meter hurdles. She won a spot in the 2012 Summer Olympics representing the USA where she placed 5th in the final. She also made the World Team, running the 4x4 relay that won gold and took home the American Record.

Five months ago, Georganne retired from the sport and is now using the knowledge and tools she has learned over the past 15 years to give back. She is currently a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Arizona, but is moving to LA to work closely with her agent to organize her own camps/clinics. She has hopes of traveling the country and hosting clinics in small towns/underprivileged areas.

In this episode, we discuss the fitness hacks of an Olympian athlete, why you MUST take advantage of the present, and how to best implement new habits that will change your life.
