Your breath can be your greatest ally or your greatest foe.  If you don’t control your breath, it will control you. In today’s episode, I share how you can take CONTROL of your breath to calm yourself by using a technique called ‘Box Breathing’. Grab a pen and paper for this one so that you can incorporate this into your routine and take control of your breath right away.
